With over 20 years in the business, Doug started Bluebonnet Exteriors HTX after running other people's installs. He'd watched corners get cut on rushed jobs, watched subs disappear before final detailing, watched homeowners get sold things they didn't need. He thought he could do better.
Today, Bluebonnet is a small, deliberately capped, family-owned and owner-operated business. We install windows across Greater Houston — led by VistaMark, always with our own crews and never subcontracted, with the same care we'd use on our own homes.
That's not a marketing line. It's the actual reason the company exists.

We lead with VistaMark windows — backed by WinCore and NT Windows, plus ProVia entry doors. We know the SKUs, the lead times, and the install quirks better than anyone, and our own crews put them in.

Every installer on your home is a Bluebonnet employee — vetted, trained, and trusted to work the way we'd work on our own homes. We do not hand your project to outside crews, at all.
