GAF's factory warranty on the roofing materials themselves — shingles, underlayment, and system components. Coverage runs up to 50 years depending on the system, and travels with the roof from the manufacturer.

GAF System Plus enhanced coverage
When we build your roof as a complete GAF system — the right underlayment, starter, ridge cap, and ventilation, not just GAF shingles over generic parts — it can qualify for GAF's enhanced labor coverage instead of basic shingle-only terms. We'll confirm exactly what your roof qualifies for at the estimate.
Materials and workmanship — covered separately, so nothing falls through.
Most roof problems trace back to one of two sources: how the roof was installed, or how the materials were made. We carry a warranty for each.
Our Bluebonnet Workmanship Warranty backs the work our crews perform — the tear-off, decking repair, flashing, underlayment, ventilation, and shingle installation. If a leak ever traces back to our install, we fix it, and you call us directly.
The GAF Material Warranty covers the roofing system itself — shingles and components — with coverage up to 50 years depending on the system. That warranty comes directly from the manufacturer and stays with your roof. When we install a complete GAF system, your roof can qualify for GAF System Plus enhanced labor coverage on top of the standard material terms.

Storm-damage roofs are rebuilt to current code and carry the same manufacturer and workmanship coverage as any roof we install.
